3.  Does the company have a system that anyone can follow to give them the same success that others in the organization are experiencing?
4.  Does the company offer awesome products that are affordable and that people will purchase whether they are "in the business" or not?
5.  How long has the company been in business?  If it's a prelaunch...run Forrest run! 

After looking at the businesses that I was in, they didn't meet all five of the above criteria for a successful business model.  I finally figured out why I was failing and it was not my fault.
